My role is to sit alongside boards and business leaders as a trusted advisor — helping them think clearly, act courageously, and align people, culture and strategy so the organisation can move forward with confidence.

This isn’t theoretical. It’s shaped by years in boardrooms, small businesses, community organisations and not-for-profits — often in seasons of pressure, change or uncertainty.
