I’m a leadership strategist, executive coach, keynote speaker, and author with over 25 years’ experience helping leaders, teams, and organisations shift behaviour, unlock potential, and deliver lasting impact. I’ve worked with hundreds of leaders across sectors from banking to sport, and led transformative programs around the world. As founder of Be Leaders and Be Academy, I specialise in behaviour-driven leadership, team alignment, and cultural transformation. Whether in the boardroom or on the football field, my work is about unlocking what’s possible—through mindset, accountability, and courageous leadership. I am accredited in Life Coaching, Thought Dynamics, Football Coaching and Organisational Leadership and have run hundreds of face to face and online training workshops and keynote sessions throughout Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Singapore and Cambodia.

Brett is the author of a number of books including; Behave (2024) – the power of coach behaviour in shaping athletes’ performance – Shift Happens (2016) – 10 effective thinking skills and The Lacuna Effect (2020) – a book about navigating the gap between your current reality and future goal.
